WAMS-AO is excited to offer an opportunity for 7th, and 8th grade boys to try out for the WAMS volleyball team!
Season Details:
- Duration: Early January to mid-March
- Schedule: Meets three times per week for a combination of practices and games.
Tryout Information:
What to Wear:
- Shorts, T-shirt, and athletic sneakers
- Knee pads (optional)
Additional Tryout Details:
- Change in the locker room after classes, then head to the gym.
- Attend both tryout days.
- Arrive promptly after class to sign in and warm up.
- Do not wear clothing with your name or any travel/club/team logos.
- Team selection is based solely on talent displayed during tryouts. Grade level is not a factor.
- Parents and spectators are not permitted at tryouts.
Team Information: Due to there being only one coach this year, there will only be one team, unlike the last two years where we offered both an A and B team.

Cost:
- After making the team, the participation fee is $300
- No refunds will be given.
Registration Information:
- Registration Opens: October 7th at 12:00 PM
- Registration Closes: October 28th
- All students trying out must submit an Athletic Preparticipation Physical Form and/or a Health History Update by October 28th. No forms will be accepted after the deadline.
